What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we collect the details you provide: name, email address, optionally company name and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the details to respond to and follow up on your enquiry. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in being able to answer enquiries (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).

Recipients and processors

Your message is sent as email via Resend, which handles our email delivery, and received in our email system. The website is hosted with Cloudflare. With your consent we also use Google Ads to measure conversions from our advertising. We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing.

Retention

We keep your enquiry for as long as necessary to process and follow up on it, and delete it when it no longer serves a purpose.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Ads conversion measurement that sets cookies — but only if you consent via the cookie banner. If you decline, no tracking cookies are set and advertising is measured without cookies. You can change your choice at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification and erasure of your data, and to object to and request restriction of processing, and to data portability. Contact us at info@edgetek.dk. You can also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency, Datatilsynet (datatilsynet.dk).
